There are a couple of things about this show that make me raise my eyebrow. One, I’m not sure if I would want to be counseled by a woman named Spirit. Two, I wish this show had more diversity in it, especially at a time when we ask for more diversity in showbusiness. I will say, Spirit knows her stuff and knows whether or not these celebrities are acting and pretending about their problems. So far, I do believe that the show isn’t as scripted as other reality shows. It’s entertaining as far as reality shows go, making the show worth a watch.
