The Andy Griffith Show (CBS) Rated TV-G

Widower Sheriff Andy Griffith and his son live with his Aunt Bee in Mayberry, North Carolina, where the crime is low enough for him to spend his days with his son. Starring Andy Griffith, Ron Howard, and Frances Bavier.

This is a classic sitcom. It’s one of the first sitcoms that had character-based storylines with humor. The production of the show is amazing. The sets are simple but effective. The story gives to character development, and the acting is spot-on. The story is wholesome without sugarcoating it. The show keeps its drama mixed with comedy at the best level. It’s a family show that is worth reliving over and over. It’s worth the watch.
