Saints & Strangers (2015) Rated NR

This miniseries presents the story of the Mayflower and the first year of the pilgrims in America. Starring Vincent Kartheiser, Kalani Queypo, and Tatanka Means.

This miniseries does a fairly good job and gives us an even view of the Natives and settler’s interactions. There is a lot of history from this time period that we don’t know. We aren’t even sure if what we do know is correct information sometimes. I’m not really impressed with the acting either. It’s very ambiguous in story and even in characters. It doesn’t help that the cinematography was so bad. It just didn’t jive well together. I wish this story had been made a little better. It’s not worth the watch.
