9/11: The Falling Man (2006) Rated PG-13

This documentary examines the photo that was taken on 9/11 and tries to identify the man in the picture. Starring Steven Mackintosh and Iliana Guibert.

This documentary tells the story of the people who fell out of the towers or decided to fall to their deaths on that fateful day. I get the reason why people don’t want to talk about the horrific things they saw that day. One of those horrific things is seeing the people struggle between life and death.  The film tries to honor those that made the final decision that day. Although, I’m not sure you can identify the man in the iconic picture. Even the families that lost loved ones on that day are not sure that they can identify the man in the picture. To me, I just think that it would be difficult to identify those who fell or jumped that day. I just don’t think there would be much to identify.  Spoiler Alert. In the end, they couldn’t identify the falling man. This film is not worth a watch.
