Building Star Trek (2016) Rated TV-PG

This documentary follows props and other items from the original Star Trek series as they are tracked down and restored for displays at various locations around the U.S.. Starring Jim Conrad, Gerald Gurian, Nichelle Nichols

This film isn’t the best documentary that focuses on memorabilia from a classic TV show. The film doesn’t focus on anyone thing and we don’t follow the whole results on certain items. The documentary expands on the usage of Star Trek terms and technology that we use to day but don’t even think about. It also explores the technology still to come. It’s an interesting film and it is amazing to see the props that haven’t seen the light of day for years. This film is interesting enough to making it worth the watch.
