Christmas On The Bayou (2013) Rated TV-PG

A divorced mother decides to go back home to the Bayou with her son to visit her mother. Staring Hilarie Burton, Tyler Hilton, and Randy Travis.

I don’t think this was the worst Christmas film of the season, but it’s not the best. It is enjoyable to watch; the actors performed fabulously in their roles. The chemistry between Burton and Brody Rose, who plays her son, is wonderful, and then you have the chemistry between Hilton and Rose that warms your heart. This is one of those films that warms the season even if they don’t have snow on the screen. It’s a typical romance, but it isn’t overly sweet like other Christmas films. As I said, it’s not the worst, and it isn’t the best, but it is still worth a watch.
