Tenet (2020) Rated PG-13

Armed with one word, Tenet, the protagonist travels through the world of international espionage. Starring Juhan Ulfsak, Jefferson Hall, and Ivo Uukkivi.

This film travels through 6 different timelines. Christopher Nolen is known for these time-bending films, and this one has brilliant cinematography. Although, I felt the film didn’t mesh well together; I was lost most of the time. The complexity of suspension of disbelief was a struggle for me to overcome. This could be because I had a hard time understanding the dialogue; the dialogue was too quiet. Additionally, the characters are unrelatable. I also struggled with the first scene. To me, it felt as if I wasn’t watching fiction but the reality of our life. There’s too much going on for the film to be worth the time. It’s not worth a watch.
