I have not watched the original series from Belgium, but this show reminds me so much of Monk. Miller, who plays Tempest, is brilliant in his role as an OCD professor. The first episode sets up the series, so the crime is straightforward. It also sets up the back story to Tempest, and there’s s a romantic tangle or two that will pan out. I think it will become one of the best character series to watch. I’m also intrigued by the backstory of Paul Rabbit, the detectives’ boss. This show is worth a watch.
