La Brea (NBC) Rated TV-14

A sinkhole in Los Angeles opens up and separates families into two different worlds. Starring  Natalie Zea, Eoin Macken, and Chiké Okonkwo.

This show has nothing going for it. The premise is would be interesting if the script was any good, but it is not. It’s unrealistic, which is not surprising when you have a sinkhole opening to another dimension. The dialogue is cheesy and also unrealistic. Who says to someone that is ill in the hospital, “It’s all right, I’m here now.” You aren’t a medical personnel; how are you going to handle the issues of the illness? The characters are not as strong as you need them to be in an adventure series. This show doesn’t have any good stories that are worth following. It’s not worth a watch.
