I found this film enjoyable, more as a mystery than a romance.  I really liked the crime-solving aspect, although for those who haven’t read the books, you might find it difficult to understand some of the characters’ actions and motivations.  However, I think it was entertaining enough that they should consider creating more films based on these characters.  This isn’t a Hallmark movie, but it has a similar feel, only without the trademark sweetness.  I think this is worth checking out.
