This series takes us to the family to get to the truth of what happened to Caylee. Starring Diane Dimond, Jeff Ashton, and Cindy Anthony.
The filmmakers take the case of Casey Anthony through the timeline of events to remind us how everything transpire. They interview everyone connected to the case, from the family to attorneys to law enforcement. For the most part, it’s information that we all know about, but some are things we have forgotten about, and there’s still a little that we don’t know at all. The parents’ interview was the highlight; we get to see their point of view as the grandparents of Caylee and parents of Casey. The thing about this case is that the family just doesn’t seem right. I would say they don’t seem like a normal family, but I don’t think they are a crazy family either. I think they had a daughter that just wasn’t normal and they didn’t really understand that until the disappearance of Caylee. They seem to let Casey do whatever she wanted, which led to more lies and no control. Although it’s hard to believe the family, the series is still a good inside look at how and why the trial ended the way it did. It’s worth the watch.
