In the movie Gran Turismo, a teenage boy named Billy becomes obsessed with the popular racing video game. He spends hours every day honing his skills, and soon he is one of the best players in the world. When Nissan hears about Billy’s skills, they offer him a chance to compete in a series of real-life racing competitions. Billy must use all of his gaming skills to become a professional race car driver. The movie is based on the true story of Billy Monger, who lost both of his legs in a racing accident when he was 14 years old.
