Alice’s vacation is cut short when her boyfriend disappears, forcing her to look at his past. Starring Kaley Cuoco, Sam Claflin, and Matthias Schweighöfer.

While this series is not unusual in its storytelling, Kaley does bring you into the life of an average girl whose boyfriend has a secret past. She, of course, plays the dumb girlfriend who doesn’t believe what he is capable of, and she needs another woman of the world, a disgraced journalist, to bring common sense into the situation. Kaley also has a costume and makeup team that changes her character as she grows in knowledge. While this story isn’t new, it is well written and worth the watch.
