A Ruby Herring Mystery (Hallmark) Rated NR

A news reporter discovers that she has a knack for finding murderers. Starring Taylor Cole, Stephen Huszar, and Karen Holness.

I’m actually quite surprised with this series. I wasn’t expecting it to have as good of a storyline as it foes, even if it is cliched. The chemistry between the actors is better than I’ve seen in other Hallmark series. I rather enjoyed Huszar as the leading man, and I would like to see him in other films. Cole, on the hand, wasn’t as natural. Although, she got better with time. She also doesn’t look like a natural red head; the wigs didn’t work well. They either should have dyed her hair or done better at the casting call. This series is average, and I’m not surprised it didn’t last long. It’s not worth the watch.
