Combat Hospital is a reminiscent of M*A*S*H except it takes place in Afghanistan instead of Vietnam. It does have the Off the Map feel to the show but not so much sex. I do think they have captured the feeling of combat hospitals. The men and women who deal with both sides of the war and the decisions that they have to make for the lives they save.
