This is not a children’s animated film. It has a very dark themed story although, the flying scenes are spectacularly done. Robert Zemeckis did try to follow the book but I noticed a couple of times where he went off course. Albeit the animation is amazing the film lack heart and warmth. I didn’t fancy any of the characters or really want to root for them. I would have loved this film if it had more character heart with the sensational animation.
