Mannequin (1987)

Rated PG

A mannequin comes to life every night to a struggling artist. Starring Andrew McCarthy, Kim Cattrall, Estelle Getty, James Spader

I’m an eighties girl and I love my eighties movies. Surprisingly, I had not see this film until recently. It’s the typical eighty film. Although, it’s not the best eighties film. I prefer, Back to the Future, The Breakfast Club, and E.T. Even with the cute romantic comedy, that this film is, I thought the premise of time travel didn’t really need to be there. It’s a small blimp that really didn’t have to be there. It had no reason for being there. The story could have been told without it and it would have been just as cute for a romantic comedy. This is a movie I would leave up to you on whether or not to see it.
