Tales from the Hollywood Hills: Natica Jackson (1987) Rated NR

Power passion and murderAn actress has an illicit love affair which could ruin her career in 1930s Hollywood. Starring Michelle Pfeiffer, Hector Elizondo, George Murdock, Holland Taylor

This is an interesting concept but poorly conceived movie. The script is an compilation of two stories that do not relate to each other, thereby making the film hard to follow. It’s also poorly shot. It looks like it was filmed completely on a sound stage even though this movie is about the film industry. Add in the poor sound quality and the movie has nothing going for it.  Doing no additional favors to the story, but mercifully for us, the movie ends abruptly without any conclusion or forewarning. It just ends. Good riddance. This film is not worth a watch.
