Help for the Holidays (2012) Rated TV-G

Help for the HolidaysA busy mom has lost her Christmas spirit, and an elf from the North Pole thinks there is more to life than making toys to help people find what they are looking for during the Christmas season. Starring Summer Glau, Eva LaRue, John Brotherton.

This is such a cute Hallmark film. I loved the way Glau’s spunky personality off-set LaRue’s serious one; the contrast made this movie work really well.  It has charm and humor, as Christine the elf learns the differences real world and the North Pole. She is as true to life as a fictional character can be.  I think this is one film that should be shown every year. It’s worth a watch.
