Jigsaw (2017) Rated R

Bodies are turning up resembling the torture of  John Kramer, the man known as Jigsaw, who has been dead for over 10 years. Starring Matt Passmore, Tobin Bell, Callum Keith Rennie.

This is a film that you’ll either love or hate. I loved that it is a quintessential Saw movie, with all of its twist and turns.  However, most of the acting leaves much to be desired. I’ve enjoyed most of the projects that Passmore has done, though, and this is no exception. I knew when he came on that he would be an integral part of the story. The plot may have some holes, but overall I was pleased to see that they returned to the original outline of the Saw series. That makes the film worth a watch.
