Tully brings a story of postpartum to the forefront. Marlo is the mother of three children, a daughter, a special needs son, and a newborn. The underlining story of postpartum life highlights the stress and hard work of being a mom. I was really enjoying the film and thinking how wonderful it was until a certain scene that occurs in the middle of the night.  It started off creepy, and it made me question the filmmakers’ choice in going there. I didn’t appreciate it until it became clear what was happening with Marlo. This film is brilliant and worth a watch.
