Emet is the perfect wife, mother, boss, and daughter – at least, she thinks she is while learning it’s okay not to be perfect. Starring Sarayu Blue, Paul Adelstein, and Aisling Bea.

This show is brilliantly written. Emet is a typical mom struggling with motherhood, being a wife, and having a job outside the home. Blue and Adelstein have the perfect chemistry for a married couple. Emet’s job is the odd thing about the show. Blue, a middle-aged woman, is in charge of a group of young male video-game developers, but she doesn’t seem to know anything about gaming. I loved that they were able to make fun of their cultural differences. The show needs some fleshing out, but it’s still worth a watch.
