Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018) Rated PG-13

Scott Lang tries to balance his life as a father and a superhero when he is called on a mission with the Wasp. Starring Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly, and Michael Peña.

This is a typical Marvel film – plenty of action with a pretty good script and questionable villains. Rudd’s humor is spot on for a funny superhero. The chemistry between Rudd and Abby Ryder Fortson, who plays his daughter, is delightful to watch. Even though the daughter is a little precocious, she’s still adorable and a great match with Rudd. The film has a great sense of humor and is surprisingly full of heart. The script could use some streamlining, but it’s a fun, simple story. It’s a film worth a watch.
