A Polite Bribe (2013) Rated NR

A documentary looks at Apostle Paul as he works on keeping the first Christians together. Starring Paul Achtemeieir, Jeffrey J. Bütz, and Dominick Crossan.

This documentary is brilliantly done with a mixture of interviews with theologians and the retelling of biblical stories. The documentary follows the life of Paul and his struggles with the first Christians. It explores the first Christians and the fractions between them. It also talks about Paul’s own conflict with the early church. This film takes you on a journey through the life of Paul; it makes me very thankful for Paul because if it weren’t for him, the gentiles of the world wouldn’t have known about Jesus. This is worth a watch.
