A music mogul must choose a successor from his three sons while his ex-wife also lays a claim to his empire. Starring Terrence Howard, Bryshere Y. Gray, and Jussie Smollett.
This show is typical – we have a family that is fighting over the family business. It’s very soap opera-like. The show’s highlight is music, and it uses the music to help the story. I also think that having actual artists appear would help the show, and I believe that’s what they are planning to do. The actors all do a fine job; I enjoy watching Howard and Taraji P. Henson as they combat each other. It’s an interesting show and worth a watch.
