Endless Love (2014) Rated PG-13

A story of a boy and girl whose instant connection sparks a love affair that becomes reckless once the parents try to force them apart. Starring Alex Pettyfer, Gabriella Wilde, and Bruce Greenwood.

It’s shocking that this remake seems to be a lackluster, mediocre story. It’s also very reminiscent of Romeo and Juliet. However, there’s nothing that distinguishes it from the other stories. The film is one of the many teen romances that come out every year. It’s pleasant enough, but it doesn’t have a lot of depth. The script is probably the worst prospect of the film. It just didn’t jive together. It wasn’t smooth, and throughout the film, there were more questions than answers. It’s not worth the watch.
