Pet Sematary (2019) Rated R

A doctor and his wife move to rural Maine with their family, where they discovered a hidden burial ground. Starring Jason Clarke, Amy Seimetz, and John Lithgow.

This is not a scary remake. There was no meaning to the Pascow ghost. It was pointless and made no sense and was when the ghost appeared to the doctor throughout the film. Many choices in the film aren’t explained, and it doesn’t make the film scarier. The daughter and the cat aren’t really scary. I honestly thought these people were the dumbest. John Lithgow was the best character and the one that had the most interesting backstory. The film doesn’t have any twists or suspense. Also, the ending’s cliffhanger isn’t really a cliffhanger. It’s not worth a watch.
