Splitting Adam (2015) Rated TV-G

Adam discovers his uncle’s tanning bed, which turns out to be a cloning device. Now, Adam finds that his clones can help him get the girl of his dreams and take care of his enemy. Starring Jace Norman, Isabela Moner, and Jack Griffo.

This film is definitely a kids’ film. There’s not much depth to the story – it’s pretty basic. The humor is very prepubescent male style, which means it’s not funny and it’s overdone. Then, you have the illogical premise – what part of cloning makes sense? The film isn’t very well written, and the ending just doesn’t tie up the loose ends. This film is not worth a watch.
