Asian Americans (PBS) Rated TV-14

The show chronicles the lives of Asian Americans as they contribute to the country and face challenges as the fastest-growing ethnic group in America. Starring Ming Na Wen, Satsuki Ina, Greg Watanabe, Daniel Dae Kim, and Tamlyn Tomita.

This is a brilliant documentary that follows the lives of Asian Americans as they immigrated to the United States and looks at how they were treated. Right now, our country is in turmoil due to racial injustices toward African American lives, but I also think about the racial injustices experienced by Asian Americans. They both had to struggle with injustices, and they both brought innovations to our country. This show highlights the injustices and innovations of the Asian community in our country. It’s worth a watch.
