I think this show is a train wreck ready to happen. While Mariah has a mystique about her, I don’t think it’s really a good thing to strip it away. Yet, it is always interesting to see your idols stripped down to their humanity. This show tries to achieve balance, but it doesn’t work well. She has her “yes” people around her, and her manager seems to think she is above everyone that Mariah works with. Mariah, on the other hand, can be goofy while dealing with the stress in her life. We still get glimpses into her life while the antics of her staff are more the focus of the show. This show is more fluff than a real look into the life of Mariah, making it not worth the watch.
