White Christmas (1954) Rated NR

A song and dance team becomes romantically linked to a sister act while trying to save their former commanding general’s lodge. Starring Bing Crosby, Danny Kaye, and Rosemary Clooney.

This is a classic Christmas film and should be seen every year. The story revolves around Irving Berlin’s songs and brings together the top entertainers of the 50s. The story isn’t one of complexity. It’s two guys trying to save a lodge while falling in love, and the film isn’t as Christmasy as you would think. However, it has a good soundtrack, and with the original crooners, it’s worth a watch.
