WWII in HD (2009) Rated TV-PG

Follow the lives of soldiers during WWII in unseen color footage. Starring Gary Sinise, Charles Scheffel, and Rob Lowe.

This series takes old footage and transfers it into high-definition color. It’s not perfect because the footage is old, but it’s still something to remember the war. The film is compelling as it gives us a glimpse into the lives of some of the soldiers that fought this war. Bringing this footage up to the digital age is wonderful. We get to see the past as it was and not as black and white. This series is wonderful. We get to see the horrors of war firsthand, making it worth the watch.
