I’m not sure if doing a reality show in hopes that you would be good enough for a Michelin star is a good idea. I mean the bad behavior of your workers and blaring their behavior over the loudspeaker isn’t really inviting people to try your food. It’s not good business practice. Granted, you would like the workers to understand that their behavior is not acceptable. I just don’t know if this is the way to do it. It’s like all the other reality shows except that it’s high-end: there’s money being spent. This series is not worth the watch.
