I was never really impressed with this film, and I was surprised that it turned into a franchise. The franchise, on the other hand, has some good films that carry the story better than this first film. The plot is basic and revolves around women, action, and cars. While the film and its successors have great action sequence with the cars, the characters do become the heart of the franchise. Though Dom (Vin Diesel) becomes the character that everyone enjoys watching, I enjoyed watching Brian (Paul Walker). I continued watching the series because he was the character that had the moral stance. Howe, it still doesn’t make the film worth the watch.
