I just watched this series recently and it’s a good thing. If I had watched it in 2018 before covid, before learning how much the Democratic party has control over the country…well, it’s shocking but watching this and seeing the start of it floored me. The show begins the narrative of the year with a cinematic timeline, and the filmmakers do try to walk us through the year without realizing what they are telling us. Granted, President Nixon won, and who knows how many games they also played to win the election, but the Democratic party just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. This isn’t about a year of change it’s a year of realizing how they can manipulate the people. This show is not worth the watch.
