When I first saw this film I didn’t know what Orson Wells was trying to convey to us. I didn’t get what all the fuss was about but as I’ve watched more films, I’ve come to realize what all the hullabaloo was all about.  Wells’ angles, his shots, you get sucked into Kane’s life.  You wonder who and what is Rosebud? I believe that this film is truly about what’s important in our life. Does Orson tell us that? No, he lets us think about it. A film that makes us think. No wonder this is still consider one of the best films in cinematic history.
