Saturday Night Fever (1977)

Rated R

Tony Manero is a young man who has dreams but is stuck in the life that seems planned for him. Starring John Travolta, Karen Lynn Gorney, Barry Miller

This film has been said to be a classic. I’m not so sure. Sure it’s a story we have heard before. The music is what makes the story better but if you’re not a fan of the Bee Gee’s it does get old. The story is told brilliantly and the acting was the start of something good in John Travolta. Although, all of those elements are good, they are not great. It’s a feel good movie for the fans of both the Bee Gee’s and Mr. Travolta.
