Wanderlust (2012) Rated R

A New York couple down on their luck head to Atlanta to move in with relatives. Along the way, they find a hippie style commune and decide to reconsider their lives. Starring Paul Rudd, Jennifer Aniston, Justin Theroux, Alan Alda, Malin Akerman, Ken Marino, Lauren Ambrose

This film is exactly what they advertise it to be. It’s over the top predictable. The humor isn’t really that funny or enjoyable to watch. Of course, as most of you know, I’m not too fond of potty humor which this film has. The title also confusing…Wanderlust is the overwhelming feeling to travel but in this film the couple doesn’t really want to travel. They just want a change in the way of life. Jennifer Aniston and Paul Rudd are the only ones that were able to pull off their characters but it still wasn’t able to pull off the film. This is a miss.
