Railroad tycoon Dagny Taggart and steel mogul Henry Rearden search for the man who invented a revolutionary motor. Based on the book of the same name by Ayn Rand. Starring Diedrich Bader, Jason Beghe, Jordana Capra, Michael Gross, D.B. Sweeney
I think the filmmakers truly lost this. They changed the actors playing the characters, changing the dynamic of the movies. I think the trilogy would have been better if they kept the same actors and at least tried to make it coherent through the series and not jump around with inconsistencies. The actors from the first film were just as good as these but I do understand that getting actors back on project is difficult. There is money and contracts involved but if they had a bigger budget this time around you would think they could get the actors back. I’m sorry to say this but none of the actors involved in either film are A-list actors. That said this film shows that the series is on the way down.
