The employees from Horrible Bosses are out of jobs, so they decide to go into business together. This, of course, doesn’t go as planned, so they plan to kidnap the son of a business partner. Starring Jason Bateman, Jason Sudeikis, Charlie Day, Jennifer Aniston, Kevin Spacey, Jamie Foxx, Chris Pine, Christoph Waltz, Keegan-Michael Key
This sequel is certainly not better than the first Horrible Bosses. It does have the same charm, but it also gives off the been there, done that vibe. As with most comedies lately, I do not find the sexual jokes funny, just offensive. This film is no exception. It is unfortunate that it couldn’t have the same refreshing appeal that the first film had. I will say that it was interesting to see Chris Pine in a role unlike his normal fare, but even that doesn’t make the film worth seeing. This film is a pass.
