I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus (2002) Rated PG-13

A boy catches his mother kissing a man in a Santa suit. Thinking Santa wants to replace his father he goes about making sure Santa isn’t welcome in their home. Starring Connie Sellecca, Corbin Bernsen, Cole Sprouse, Dylan Sprouse

This film was a cute story about a boy who takes what he sees at face value. I think this is an under rated film. It reminds me of Home Alone and A Christmas Story on the boy, Justin was a little boy in the film. He responded to the facts as he saw and understood them to be as a boy. He wanted to protect his family at all cost and he does. What makes this film cute is the Sprouse boys, they were cute and they were kids acting as kids, not mini adults. They film over all isn’t the best. It can draw out scenes that doesn’t need to be there. The adult actors sometimes were more clueless than what would be realistic. To me it’s still cute enough to be worth a watch.
