This was a thoroughly disappointing film. Mundane and hardly miraculous, it takes a familiar context (people stranded in a snowstorm) and treats it with familiar content (people talking about their problems and evaluating their lives). There are a few enjoyable Christmas stories, but overall the film is slow and somewhat farfetched. There just isn’t anything to make this movie stand out; it is a pass.
