Iron Man 3 is the quintessential superhero movie. The film balances action and the superhero’s struggle with inner demons. Sure, the story isn’t as good as it could be, but I, for one, think this film has a better plot than the previous installments of the franchise. Iron Man 3 pulls you in by delivering both action and comedy. I also appreciate that the film takes the character development deeper. Of course, it has the typical pitfalls that come with the superhero genre, such as plot holes and moments of overdone action and comedy. However, this doesn’t detract from how great the film is, and that makes it worth a watch.
