Billy Graham: An Extraordinary Journey (2018) Rated NR

A documentary looks at the life of evangelist Billy Graham. Starring John Akers, Kay Arthur, and Cliff Barrows.

This short documentary is a fabulous way to celebrate the life of Billy Graham. It starts with Graham’s childhood on a dairy farm, and it takes viewers through his acceptance of the Lord and his calling. The filmmakers interview a number of people who worked and lived with Graham throughout his life. We see the start of his evangelism, and I love how the documentary shows that Billy Graham never said he could save people but always pointed them to the Lord. I also love that throughout the documentary, his family continues to state that Graham wasn’t perfect – he had flaws like the rest of us. This is a film worth watching.
