Kristin’s Christmas Past (2013) Rated TV-PG

Kristin has an opportunity to go back in time to 1996 and visit her family on Christmas to help her family in 2013. Starring Shiri Appleby, Will Kemp, and Courtney Henggeler.

This film is a take on A Christmas Carol, but instead of being visited by ghosts, the main character is transported back to Christmas past where she can change the mistakes she made. The film has good intentions with the message and storyline about making good on the mistakes you’ve made. It’s also about healing family riffs. However, the acting is mediocre. The film has its moments, and it’s one that can be enjoyed during the holiday season, but it doesn’t have anything that makes it stand out. The movie is not worth a watch.
