My Cousin Vinny (1992) Rated R

Two New Yorkers are arrested and accused of murder in rural Alabama. One of them has a loud-mouth cousin who’s an inexperienced lawyer and represents them; although, he doesn’t have the southern charm. Starring Joe Pesci, Ralph Macchio, and Marisa Tomei.

This is a sentimental, fun film that is satirical in comedy. The cast is brilliant and has great chemistry. There are points that are funny, but, at other times, the jokes fall flat. This film is enjoyable to watch, and I can see what the fuss is all about, but I also thought the film was overly praised. The actors are great, but I don’t think they are that great. Again, it is a fun watch, making it worth a watch.
