An uptown rat is flushed down the drain of his penthouse apartment, where he lands among the sewage rats below and learns a new way of life. Starring Hugh Jackman, Kate Winslet, and Ian McKellen.
I think the title says it all with this film. There are moments of cuteness and moments of thought-provoking life situations. Mostly, the film just doesn’t know what it wants to be. There is a mix of American and British humor that doesn’t combine well. Plus, it’s mostly potty humor, which you know I don’t seem to like at all. It tries to present itself as a family-value film, and maybe if it wasn’t full of potty humor, I could enjoy it more, but alas, this film is not worth a watch.
