This was one of the best Christmas films of the season. It was a traditional story with all the “feel goods” of the holiday season. After watching so many super sweet Hallmark holiday romances, this Lifetime holiday romance brings in the reality of life. We have a workaholic father who would like to spend more time with family but doesn’t know how to do it. Along comes his personal shopper, who makes it her mission to get him more involved. This, of course, is the start of a love affair. I thought the actors had great chemistry. The story was the most realistic I’ve seen in a long time. It’s a breath of fresh air during the holiday season and a film that is worth a watch.
