To Wong Foo Thanks for Everything, Julie Newmar (1995) Rated PG-13

Three drag queens travel across country until their car breaks down in a small town. Starring Wesley Snipes, Patrick Swayze, and John Leguizamo.

I’m still wondering why this is considered a great film. Sure, they have great actors bringing these characters to life, but the story isn’t that great and lacks great depth. I suppose they (the filmmakers) think the story is great as a small town is awakened to these drag queens in town. This isn’t as outrageous as the filmmakers want you to believe. Of course, the story revolves around these asexual drag queens that don’t make a lot of fuss. However, the film, overall, has little climax to the story, making it not worth a watch.
