Graves (Epix) Rated TV-MA

Former President Graves has an epiphany that his policies from twenty years ago are hurting the American people. Starring Nick Nolte, Skylar Astin, and Heléne Yorke.

I was interestingly surprised by this show. It was written well. Although, it does have some frustrating points, one being that, again, they portray the conservatives and the republicans as the problem of the American political system. That is the main point of this show; a former republican president thinks his policies are ruining the country. Another frustrating point is the disconnect between the family members, which I think is a big problem with political families. There are jokes that hit, but the majority did not. It mostly made me mad because the jokes lean toward the right side of political party. Nolte actually was pretty good as a president that struggles with the knowledge that he may have made some mistakes. Although, it’s really not worth the watch.
